"Danny took charge in a difficult situation - 2nd floor and the lift was broken - it was raining - some builders took the main visitors parking on the forecourt. Danny took it all in his stride and backed the van into a small space at the side of the building - all done with good humour. Tom and Patrick were silently packing books and other items efficiently - they motored through it. Very polite and kind. They broke the back of the work by late lunch time - with was a huge relief - then, by magic ... a second team arrived to help carry over 1500 books downstairs (human chain?) efficient and almost silently done. Very professional."
