They asked sensible questions to ensure they had understood what was needed (as it was a partial removal, we were not moving everything in the house), and it was clear from our unpacking that all their careful packing work was immaculate. We were delighted to see Danny again for the delivery of our goods, and he (with new partner Alex) was just as careful and considerate about offloading the goods as he had been in the packing and loading. "Alex, Steve, Danny and Cody were all brilliant and made our move so easy. They were all polite and professional, treating our belongings with care and skill. The lads made the move as pleasurable as possible during what is normally a very stressful time for most people. "Joe was the leader of the team that packed my house up and unpacked it into my flat. He was magnificent! All the team worked together cheerfully and carefully and were well organised as they had to deliver to both my property and to my daughter's. I must mention Cheryl in the office and her colleagues who cheerfully helped reorganise moving dates many times to accommodate my Buyer's solicitors and then my builders. Lastly but not least. This company was the only one that that recognised that my oil paintings would need special care and packing and recognised the large number of paintings and ornaments I have. In other words, the tour of the house for the quote was not a quick wizz round. All boxes were labelled. Finally, the company arranged to store everything at the last minute for 3 months."

"The House and Carriage team were amazing managing our move to Cornwall. The dates changed numerous times but Kloe, Leigh and Cheryl were always happy to look at alternative arrangements. Joe, Alex and Steven were amazing getting everything packed into 2 vans. The house move went so smoothly it was amazing. After all the worry the boys managed to fit everything in to 2 vans which was a big relief. Joe, Alex and Steve were a great team. Really polite and helpful. Can you please thank them for us. Especially Joe and Alex for getting everything unloaded in Cornwall so quickly on the Friday afternoon. They worked their socks off!"

"The guys were so delightful to deal with, really polite and enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile. They made what could have been really stressful actually enjoyable. I loved the singing and the cheerfulness – but perhaps not time to give up the day job for musical careers just yet! I have moved a lot in my time and this was such an outstanding experience. On Monday lunchtime I was worried that they wouldn’t get everything done, but they were finished by Tuesday lunchtime so the cleaners could get started.
