Early in 2022 Rhian Janssen made the short hop from the village of Cassington to the village of North Leigh. Before she rang us, Rhian had researched us by reading reviews some of the lovely reviews on our social media and looking at our website.
Every move has its challenges.
The Janssen’s were buying a new build, the pitfalls of which are changeable dates, often at short notice. We kept in touch with Rhian to make sure that before completion was agreed we knew we could look after her when they needed us. They chose our full pack and move service. This meant that once the dates were in, they could relax and let us take care of the rest. Everything professionally packed and placed in the right rooms to make their unpacking as straightforward as possible.
A change of plan
With the move underway, there was a lastminute change of plan. We needed to incorporate collecting the Janssen’s storage from our sister company, MyStore. “They were very understanding and fixed everything” said Rhian. Following some quick thinking from our Director, Tom, all was resolved. We successfully completed on time. After leaving the couple to settle into their new home Rhian noted on her feedback form “Very impressed with the service, care and support from you and the company throughout the process, Harry and Steve were both professional and helpful”.
